Menukis (double couple) papers documentary:  
– Nihon-Tosogu-Kenkyu-Kai (NTKK) original official Japanese certified 

Shakudo with silver and gold inlay. Depicted theme: "Warriors Samurai ahorse "

Menukis measures: 2,8 - 2,9 (for Katana) and 2,6 - 2,5 (for Wakizashi) cm. length

 

Tsuba couple info: Daisho tsuba set in antique box.

Soten School.

Signed: "Mogarashi nyu do So ten sei." Depicts various battle Samurai scenes.

The label on the very antique Honoki wooden box says: "Ohmi Province, Mogarashi Soten tsuba daisho, warriors and horses battle illustration (or depicted)."

Dai: 78 mm x 72 mm x 4 mm. Opening: 24 mm x 8 mm. Weight: 90 g.

Sho: 73 mm x 68 mm x 4 mm. Openkng: 23 mm x 8 mm. Weight: 70 g.

Estimated Age: Edo period
